do you guys free feed your dogs or do u measure the amount of feed u give them . i have self feeders in all my pens , do guys think it makes a diffrence in free feeding or measuring the amount u give them ??

I feed my dogs twice a day,morning and evening.What I like about doing it myself is you can visualy see your dogs every day.If theres something wrong you can jump on it quickly instead of something happening!!!!Plus the interaction is nice.Some of my friends use self feeders and love it.Thats fine too.I'm just like'n time to check ever dog, every day.

hollaback , thats the best time of day for me i spend at least an hour or more every day clean pens an intereacting with my dogs and handling and working my pups it helps take your mind off of things .

I hear that!!!The wife and I both spend as much time as possible with the dogs.Theres always someting to do with them.We cut the pups loose at the house and watch them roam and play.We bench show the dogs for practice.I always said ya cant teach speed,but ya can teach everything else.Brains are important.All the interaction we can do with them we do.It's like nothing else matters when you see things through a dogs set of eyes.Lots of enjoyment!!!!!!
