    Carmine,
Glad ya made it over and had a good time! Would be nice to figure a trial out for coyote as well....Not sure how we'd finish the trail? Maybe a brush pile? Would any of the yote fellas be interested in that?

    Jason,
Sounds like we'll get the ball rolling on that too....With July 1st creeping towards us maybe we can hold some events on Sunday?.... All we need is a hide and some scent.....Mr. Cronk will take care of the scent issue, maybe someone will donate a hide and we can give it a whirl and see how it goes? Any suggestions on ending field trial? I thought maybe a small brush pile and use a circle around it.....First dog that opens in the circle is Bayed instead of treed? Will that work?....I'll try and figure out a schedual and we'll try it?.....Any and all suggestions are welcome??????

Bill someone must have a mount of a oyte u could put inside a small fenced in area, put it on a rocking chair type deal to make it move with a pull of a string. Then that would give u the bay contest.Just thinking out load lol

it sounds like it could be a good time, why couldnt u put a mount up on a big rock and make the circle around the rock.

All great ideas! A mount would be great....Only problem being is score'n dogs and not destroy'n it.....I was thinking a brush pile would be easy enough to clean up after the event and would be natural looking with the least amount of work so spectators can still see. Chaulk a circle and throw the hide in after it was dragged.....That way we can do it with a line and a bay for a field trial.....The rock is a great Idea but hard to find a good one close enough to club to relay dogs.....We'll work the kinks out of it as we go,might have to try different things until we find what works best....Love the ideas, keep em coming.....
